- Digitizing — Your logo is converted from an image file into an embroidery stitch file. This defines every thread path, color, and stitch direction. Free at 12+ hats; $45 one-time fee under 12.
- Digital Proof — You receive a visual mockup showing your logo as it will appear on the hat — placement, size, and thread colors. You approve it or request changes.
- Test Stitch — Before the full production run, HatDayShop stitches a physical test sample in-house to verify real-world accuracy that may not be visible in a digital proof.
- Full Production Run — Your complete order is embroidered. Quality is checked per hat. Approximately 10–14 business days.
- Shipping — Orders ship via UPS or USPS. Free shipping on orders of 24+ hats.
- Artwork Stored — Your digitized file is stored permanently. Future reorders have no setup fee.
