Refund and Returns
Custom hats are a permanent commitment. Due to their personalized nature, returns and refunds are not possible.
We’ll gladly assist with returns for incorrect items, but please note that returns must be approved in advance. It’s your responsibility to arrange for the return of items within 30 days to ensure coverage under this policy.
If your items are lost in transit Hat Day Shop is not responsible for said items.
Please note that returns will only be accepted if items are returned in their original, unused condition with all tags intact.
